Vegetable Stock ~ 5 servings; 2/3 cup each


Ingredients:

1 corn

2 small onions

½ white cabbage

1 carrot

3 slices ginger

1.2 litres water



Method:

1.Pour 1.2 litres of water into pot and bring it to a boil on high fire. Put all the vegetables and lower to medium fire. Simmer for 15-20 min.

2.Filter the soup and discard the vegetables.

3.Leave to cool and pack into small packets of 2/3 cup each.

4.For later use, freeze the packets of soup.
