Mee Sua with Chicken (鸡肉面线) ~ 1 serving; 220g





Ingredients:

2/3 cup homecooked chicken stock (option to use vegetable stock)

1 stick dry mee sua noodles

50g vegetables (diced finely)

50g chicken breast (diced finely)



Method:

1.Boil the dry mee sua noodles till soft and set aside.

2.Boil the chicken stock and put in the vegetables. Cook till the vegetables are soft, then add in the chicken breast.

3.When soup is ready, pour over the noodles. Cut noodles to desired length before serving.
