I imagine myself having to eat the same food everyday...so boring! So, to start off, I borrowed 2 recipe books for babies (1 western cuisine & 1 Asian cuisine) from the library and came up with a meal plan. It's tedious I agree, but what is more fulfilling for a mummy to see your baby enjoy the food you serve up for every meal. And the best part about these recipes is that it's also suitable for us adults...so why not? One cooking session can satisfy the appetite of both baby and us!
The recipes that I will be posting are made to portions suitable for my baby and adapted from the books to suit my own wants for J's nutritional needs. So feel free to adapt them to your own baby's needs!
To make my preparation more efficient, I came up with a weekly meal plan for an entire month which I can follow easily.
